LOAN SIGNING AGENTS
The Loan Signing Editions of the Notary Ally Journal and the Client Information Form, were designed for notaries who specialize in real estate loan signings, and who, more often than not, have multiple notarizations per signing. In most cases, a signer's ID, and signature are only entered once.
This Client Information Form is used while preparing the documents before a signing, and is specifically designed to align with this Journal, for seamless transfer of information into the Journal at the signing.
Nearly three dozen affidavits, agreements and deeds that are commonly associated with real estate loan signings are pre-typed to simplify and expedite journaling. Also included are over a dozen common estate planning/trust documents.
Pre-typed helpful details to describe each and every document, make it quick and easy to include details that may help to protect the notary.
In addition, six areas are provided in the Journal to accommodate additional loan signing documents, and general/specialty notary work documents.
Loan Signing Agents who do more Reverse Mortgages than Trust signings, may want to consider the Notary Ally HECM Edition products. However, please note that the HECM Client Information Form does not contain a convenient "Cash to Close" box that is included with the Loan Signing Edition version of the Client Information Form.
It is recommended to use the same edition of these two products, and to not mix Editions.
Please note: The current journals would not be ideal for notaries who tend to have only one or two notarizations per signing.
Reverse Mortgage Signing Agents
The Notary Ally HECM / Reverse Mortgage Editions of the Journal and Client Information Forms were designed for Loan Signing Agents who do mostly Reverse Mortgages, but they can also accommodate traditional forward mortgages, as well as general/specialty notary work.
Over four dozen pre-printed documents commonly used in Reverse Mortgages and traditional forward mortgages, including affidavits, agreements, deeds/mortgages, and specialty HECM documents,
Pre-typed helpful details about each and every document make it quick and easy to include details that help to protect the notary.
In addition, six areas are provided in the journal to accommodate additional loan documents, and specialty/general notary work documents.
It is recommended to use the same Edition of these two products, and to not mix Editions.
Please note: The current journals would not be ideal for notaries who tend to have only one or two notarizations per signing.
SPECIALTY / GENERAL NOTARY WORK
The Client Intake Form was specially designed for notaries who do specialty or general notary work. It is used to note all kinds of helpful details about the appointment, which help to prepare you and the client.
From the moment your phone rings, you have an easy place to document the who, what, when, where and even some how's and why's about the appointment, including ID information and location information.
Designed with input from the nationally known and respected specialty notary work expert and coach, Laura Biewer (coachmelaura.com), this form also contains what questions to ask if the client is in a facility, or if you are contacted by somebody other than the person who will be signing the document(s).
